To Return or Exchange a Product:
Please email us at support@jewelsbyhafsa.com with your order number and product codes within 24 hours of receiving the product. For assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email. Our team is available from Monday to Saturday between 12 PM and 7 PM.
Steps to Making a Return:
- Inform Us: Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Proof: Before arranging for the return of a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a video of the unpacking process.
- Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days from the receipt of goods if they are found to be damaged or defective.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
Criteria for Return:
- The items must be unused.
- The packaging should include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- There should be no scratches or deformities on the product.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Any jewelry not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return.
Return Shipment Process:
